REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
At MAGIXX ART (https://magixx.art), all products are custom items individually produced upon order placement. Because every item is made specifically for each customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed, except in the limited cases described below.

Please double-check your order details (design, size, color, shipping address, etc.) carefully before completing your purchase.

1. EXCEPTIONS: DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The product arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• The product arrives expired (for cosmetics, supplements, etc.)
• You receive the wrong item
• The shipment has been lost

If any of the above applies, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your shipment through our Return & Exchange Portal (https://magixx.art/apps/return) and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Important: Do not send back any product without prior confirmation through the Return & Exchange Portal. Do not send returns to the shipping address stated on your original parcel label.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery as described in Section 1:

• Custom or personalized products
• Supplements
• Coffee
• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates/Lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Wholesale orders

3. INSURED SHIPMENTS
For self-insured shipments, submit a claim via our Insurance Claim Center:

4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and review your claim, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your claim and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@magixx.art.

5. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS BY REGION
In addition to this policy, applicable consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may apply. Below is a summary for each region we serve:

United States & Canada
Custom or made-to-order items are considered custom goods and are not eligible for return under general consumer law unless defective, damaged, or not as described.

United Kingdom
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order or personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Australia
Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to accept returns for change of mind on custom-made goods. You are entitled to a remedy only if the item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.
