SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the following countries:
• United States of America
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia
Orders with shipping addresses outside these countries will not be processed.
Please note: Not all products are available in every country. Product availability depends on the production location. Available shipping destinations are displayed on each product page.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is currently FREE for all orders.
We reserve the right to introduce shipping fees in the future. If shipping fees apply, costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on your location:
• United States: 3-10 business days
• Canada: 3-10 business days
• United Kingdom: 3-10 business days
• Australia: 3-10 business days
Products are manufactured in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Not all products are available in every country — availability depends on production location. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@magixx.art if you need to change your address.
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via our Return & Exchange Portal so we can investigate with the carrier:

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods
2. Use our Return & Exchange Portal within 14 days of delivery
3. Attach photos of the damaged goods and packaging

8. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship available items first and send remaining items when they are back in stock. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
